For the value, this is the best hotel you can get. This hotel is part of the heritage hotels of America. It looks old yet maintained from the outside. The inside is clean and organised. The staff is polite, efficient, and professional. There is also water for public in front of the lobby. The lift works efficiently. There is a gym on the second floor. The room is large (deluxe king), bright, clean, and comfortable. Bed is comfy and the bathroom is clean and the hot water works. There is a coffee machine with regular and decaf coffee tablets/pods. No fridge but that's ok since we only stay for one night. Location is very good. DC is a 'big' city. It's not really walkable so you need either Uber or metro or scooter or bike. But the hotel is 'between' the White House and the Smithsonian museums. There was a 60 USD deposit required and the reserved had been released just before I wrote this review. Overall, an excellent experience! Would come back to this hotel when visiting DC again!

Taylor warmly welcomed us upon arrival and was super sweet and kind. She got us checked in and fully explained the valet costs and process. Oscar, Tsion and Alexa also at the front desk were very polite and attentive to our needs during our stay. Usha and Donald who work in the restaurant were fantastic. Restaurant was immaculate, food was delicious and the presentation beautiful. We absolutely loved staying here. I believe the hotel was built in 1918 and looks stunning. Room was immaculate and well cared for during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and it we visit Washington DC again, will certainly be staying here again ❣️

Even though the hotel is 3 stars, Willis and Marble gave us a 5 star treatment. They went above and beyond. Willis, even though is very senior, offered to help me carrying the bags from my car, but I refused. When he also learned there is 3 of us, he offered me 3 bottles of water and an extra hotel card without me even asking. Marble when she learned we had issues with our AC came to our room herself and checked up on us, brought us a fan, and bottles of water too. We felt really valued and respected.

The Henley Park Hotel is an excellent place to stay, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The building itself is stunning, with a charming retro decoration that gives it a unique and historical feel. I loved the ambiance, which added to the overall experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I was very satisfied with the amenities and atmosphere.

The room was quite spacious and we were very comfortable. The location was great too, quite close to the metro and had lots of dining options within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious (and worth paying for). Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the bellhop (I wish I could remember his name, but he was Cameroonian) and the receptionists.
